SISTEM INFORMASI PENGAJUAN SENGKETA INFORMASI PUBLIK BERBASIS WEB PADA KOMISI INFORMASI PROVINSI SULAWESITENGAH

This research focuses on designing a web-based information system for filing information disputes at the Information Commission of Central Sulawesi Province. In a context where the process of filing information disputes currently requires a physical presence at the information commission office, obstacles arise, especially for applicants outside Palu City. These obstacles involve the requirement for applicants to be present at the office or send physical files via parcel. The purpose of this research is to develop a Web-Based Public Information Dispute Filing Information System at the Information Commission of Central Sulawesi Province. With this system, applicants from all over Central Sulawesi Province no longer need to physically visit the office to file disputes. This system was developed using the PHP programming language and utilized the Laravel Framework and Bootstrap Framework in its creation process. A MySQL database was used as a data storage. Data collection methods involved observation, interviews, and literature studies. System development was carried out using the Waterfall method, while system testing was conducted using the Black Box method. The test results showed that this system was declared "Very Feasible" with a test result reaching a percentage of 100%. It is hoped that this research will encourage progress in the process of filing information disputes at the Information Commission. With this new system, it is hoped that the process will become more efficient and easier for both staff and applicants in submitting public information disputes in Central Sulawesi Province.

Sistem pengajuan cuti yang masih dilakukan secara manual di BKPSDM Kabupaten Banggai menyebabkan pegawai harus bolak-balik ke kantor untuk mengetahui status pengajuan cuti mereka. Hal ini menghambat efisiensi kerja dan memakan waktu yang cukup lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pengajuan Cuti Berbasis Web dengan fitur notifikasi email guna memberikan informasi status cuti secara cepat dan akurat. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Agile Development, sementara pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Skala Likert dengan responden sebanyak 44 pegawai BKPSDM. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mendapatkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna sebesar 88,54%, dengan mayoritas responden menyatakan bahwa sistem mudah digunakan, akurat, dan mempercepat proses pengajuan serta pemantauan cuti. Dengan adanya sistem ini, pegawai tidak perlu lagi datang langsung ke kantor untuk mengecek status cuti mereka. Sistem ini juga membantu mengurangi kesalahan dalam pengajuan cuti dan meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi di BKPSDM. Meskipun sistem telah berfungsi dengan baik, pengembangan lebih lanjut tetap diperlukan agar sistem dapat berjalan lebih optimal dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.
